Before joining Arrufat Gracia PLLC, Thomas was a Senior Clerk in the Corporate Services Directorate of the National Parliament of Ireland, working in unison with the Parliamentary Legal Services Department on parliamentary and constitutional law issues, Freedom of Information and public ethics legislation, and contract and public procurement matters.
